INTER SCHOOL DEBATE COMPETITION ( 2023-24)

INTER SCHOOL DEBATE COMPETITION

Inter school Debate competition was orgainsed in the premises of Shri Pakwasa Gujarati Girls High School in memory of Shri Nagpur Gujarati Mandal’s former President Adv. Shri Shantibhai Badani. Overall 36 Students of 18 schools participated in Debate competition.

 Topic of Debate competition was “बनावटी (कृत्रिम) तरीके से विकसित की गई बौद्धिक क्षमता हानिकारक है ” (Process of Artificial Intelligence harmful)  

Students of Smt. C. B. Aadarsh Vidya Mandir High School -  Mohit B. Raut & Ku. Kashish U. Paliwal won the Running Trophy. 1^st Prize was won by  Raj N. Pande ( Baba Nanak High School) 2^nd  Prize – Pournima R. Tiwari ( Sindi Hindi High School & Consolation prize jointly won by  Umaira F. Sheikh ( Husamiya Girls High School &  Vidhya R. Tiwari ( Shir Umiyashankar Narayanji High School)

 Debate Competition was judged by Dr. Neelam H. Virani of Shri Dadasaheb Danwante Nagar Vidhalaya  & Prof. Suraj D. Telang of Dr.Ambedkar College. Shri Girishji Vyas was Chief Guest of the function. Shri Girishji Vyas encouraged the students with their motivational speech.

 Office-bearer of Shri Nagpur Gujarati Mandal, Adv. Shir Sanjaybhai C. Thakar (General Secretary) Adv. Shri Chandreshbhai S. Badani & (Secretary) Shri Bhagwanbhai Patel, Shri Yogeshbhai Joshi (Member), Adv. Abhay S. Badani, Adv. Gautam S. Badani, Headmistress Smt. M. S. Balsara & Ku. S. K. Gupta (HM, UNHS) CEO Smt. H. R. Khakkar, Supervisor Ku. M.P. Chitre & other were prominently present.

All the Teaching & Non teaching staff of schools worked hard to make the necessary arrangement for the program. Program concluded in healthy atmosphere.
